I'm planning to use msi afterburner. My system specs are: R5 2600, gigabyte ds3h b450, palit 1660 super (single fan card), 2x8gb team force 3000mhz ram, 450w br bronze 80+ evga psu, seagate 1tb hd 7200rpm, kingston a400 240gb ssd, masterbox q300l. Should I consider lowering the power limit or does it have almost no room left?

You might consider it, though it isn't ideal. The available power is sufficient, but the PSU's quality raises concerns.

The 450 Watts PSU offers only a small margin of safety for that card. It's the lowest power level suggested for it.

You're right to question the figures. The GTX 1660 Super typically consumes about 138W at peak, and it's estimated to use around 220W during regular gaming sessions.
