I have an i3-3210 with 4GB RAM and an H61H2-M13 processor. I want to add the GTX 1050, and it should work fine. Please let me know if you need my help.

All systems are experiencing a bottleneck. It's unavoidable. This only becomes an issue when a low-end part is limiting a high-end part, and neither is available. If you were using a Celeron processor with a GTX 1080Ti, then you would face this problem.

Yes. Your CPU and 4GB of RAM fall short of the minimum suggested for most current AAA titles, yet the 1050 can handle them smoothly at 1080p or lower resolutions when using medium settings.

the oldest i3 really is the clear sign of a bottleneck for most Win7/8/10 applications using any GPU designed for 1080p gaming...
with just 4 GB of RAM it gets even worse...
it's time to turn this setup into a NAS or a small Linux server...

Add more RAM and check out nearby for a stronger CPU.
