There are too many stickies and several appear outdated, so I decided to ask directly.
I own a watercooled system (Aorus Xtreme x570, Ryzen 3950x, GSkill Trident Z Neo RAM, 2080 ti) with ample cooling.
Do you have an up-to-date guide for overclocking these parts?
Can I fully overclock the CPU and RAM through the BIOS? Should I enable XMP and PBO? Do I need to adjust anything manually? How can I verify the stability of the overclock? I recall some older tools were used for selecting values—are they still useful today? What methods are recommended now?
Which GPU driver should I install?

Use Ryzen Master to optimize your Ryzen system. Ensure stability at default performance levels before adjusting your settings further.
Apply Afterburner for the graphics card.
