I’m considering transitioning from Xbox gaming to PC, and I'd like to continue my existing game progress on PC without needing to restart those games completely.

I’d like to see the following titles available on personal computers: Grand Theft Auto V, Fallout 76, Project Cars 2, Resident Evil 2 Remake, Forza Motorsport 7, and Horizon Forbidden West. I suspect there are more that would work, but my memory isn't perfect at the moment. Are there resources that display a catalog of games with cross-save functionality?
