Fc6 is slightly more challenging, not significantly so. It's unlikely you'll need to use ultra settings, particularly in busy zones, but you won't be compelled to stick to low settings. You should be fine.

If you're comfortable with fc5/ new dawn fine, you'll likely handle fc6 well too. It looks quite similar and shouldn't be too daunting.

I managed to run FC5/New Dawn at maximum performance with an average of 50-60 FPS.
