I'm checking if I can boost my HP desktop to six cores or slightly overclock it for better performance.
Model: HP p6774y

Yep, it's a 'Zosma' core. It's uncertain if we can handle it on an OEM platform due to the BIOS. A standard 785G motherboard with 'ACC' (Advanced Clock Calibration) might work. I (and several others!) would be open to a trade deal – haha!

It might be possible to achieve this to some extent based on the BIOS of your motherboard, though I understand from my knowledge that the AMD 785 doesn't have any of its four cores being unlockable. Perhaps certain black models could work, but they aren't among them.

Do you mean he has unlockable cores? You're right.
The 840T is an HD 840T WFK4DGR Zosma. It won't unlock it on that OEM motherboard, though (I think).

I’m just kidding, THD. 😄
You’re just joking around, right?
Hope you do well in the future—maybe even with a new motherboard soon!
