So, just to be clear, avoid flooding it with messages. I’m not familiar with any platform that lets you send out a lot of spam at once.

Here's an idea. Don't spam people you don't know with friend requests.
Instagram and Whatsapp are owned by Meta (Facebook) and aren't going to let you access them either.
As for your overall question, since you stated your intentions so clearly, this is not the place to help you spam people with messages and friend requests. Thread closed.
