I believe it would work well with a GTX 660. Based on the TechPowerUp GPU Database, the suggested power supply is only 300W. I'm unfamiliar with the Micronics brand, but it has at least one +12V rail rated at 41.5A, which is superior to most standard PSUs.
I feel confident about this choice, though I'm unsure about its longevity.

Unless of course, they exaggerated the +12V specification! Mystery PSUs often do that. PSUs are held responsible until proven otherwise. OP, I wouldn't use this unless you're not really concerned about the GTX 660 (it's quite outdated, after all).

Actually, that's why I didn't feel it was necessary to stress too much. The GTX 660 is quite weak, barely functioning in most games older than ten years. It was a low-end model even when it launched in 2012. It performs worse than an old GTX 580. Nowadays, it would essentially just be a basic 1080p video adapter.

I'm using a Belkin wattage meter on my tower.
Running specs right now:
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X w/PBO (down-tuned)
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3600Hz G.Skill
GPU: RTX 2080Ti, not overclocked
M.2 PCIe 4 (WD SN850)
Dual 2.5" Samsung 850 EVO's
1x Seagate 3TB HDD
As long as I keep my GPU power limit below 100% (driver sets it at 130% max), I never exceed 500W.
My usage usually stays between 440-460W.
I'm sure you can run your system on that old PSU, just make sure to clean the dust and use a solid surge protector on a properly grounded outlet. That's essential for PSU longevity and stability.
P.S. - I'm a retired system builder, working on over 6K systems. Dual GPU configurations have run on <1KW PSUs for about five years. Age definitely plays a role.

P.P.S - My tower's PSU is 9 years old, a CoolerMaster 750W Gold model. Gold series units generally last longer. Worth considering for an upgrade.

Remember, we also have many posters from developing nations. Often, the GPUs we might obtain for just $20 aren't affordable for everyone, making them a privilege for some!
