I'm running on a standard setup with high texture support enabled. Settings are optimized for texture streaming performance.

I usually keep high detail settings, except for shadows and reflections, using a 3440x1440 resolution. I didn’t use texture streaming options, but whenever updates arrived I had to download more textures. The game was always unstable and barely ran. Once it started working after a crash, I thought it was really funny. My friends and I often reinstall the game every few months because it becomes super glitchy and file scans don’t always succeed. If you’re interested: I installed a Ryzen 3700X on an AM4 motherboard with water cooling, 16GB RAM, and a G.Skill 3200MHz memory on a 2TB SSD connected via Gigabit Ethernet. It runs at about 120mb/s. I posted a video on YouTube showing it in action if you’d like to see it live.
