Is there someone who can keep the frame rate steady at 60fps while playing? I disabled v-sync and adjusted my FPS limit, but it still stays capped at 60.

Your settings are adjusted for smoother performance, but turning off lock and enabling VSync causes frame rates to exceed 60fps. Did you turn off VSync in the game and also in the NVIDIA control panel?

For a stable FPS setting, use the Nvidia Control panel if you have a compatible card. It handles it at the driver level and removes input delay.

I faced the same issue too, even after disabling V sync. My FPS stayed capped at 60. The problem stemmed from using RTTS for monitoring, which has a built-in FPS limit of 60. After turning it off, I was able to reach around 90 FPS smoothly.
