The game runs smoothly at around 160 fps on average, then gradually drops to about 100 fps after a few matches. After 4-5 games it stabilizes near 100 fps with an average of 80% and a noticeable 20 fps drop every 20 seconds or so. (For clarity, it falls to 20 fps roughly every 15 seconds for half a second.) The system specs include an i7 12th gen, Rtx 3070 graphics card with 16 GB RAM at 3600 MHz, and a Samsung 980 Pro SSD. When playing games, the GPU usage stays between 60% to 70%, sometimes only using 60% or less. I understand the 3070 is too powerful for 1080p at that resolution, but I wanted to note that CPU usage stays low around 3%. Resolution: 1080p. Everything works well at lower DLSS settings with balanced performance. It takes roughly four games before significant FPS drops start, and they gradually increase. Sometimes the GPU usage dips to about 30%—my brother says this only happens on CodeMoon specifically. Sorry if this isn’t the right forum, but I’m banned from Reddit and don’t know where else to post. I’ve asked similar questions before, but I messed up the title (I thought I diagnosed it wrong).

thats exactly what it sounds like, a game specific issue... that it happens aftwr ~4 games or so implies a memory leak - and probably within the game, i don't think thats fixable by user, but if you search for cod 2019 memory leak you may be able to find something. ps: u could try ISLC (intelligent standby list cleaner) not guaranteed to fix it because it depends on the specific memory leak, but trying cant hurt. https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1256
