Hi, I recently bought an Intel compute stick STCK1A32WFC at a discount since the eBay seller couldn't install an OS. I spent the whole day trying to fix it without success. I managed to enter the F8 recovery, but it's locked with a password from the previous owner, which my seller can't access. Switching to Ubuntu in BIOS seems possible, though it would take a long time to switch back to Windows. When attempting to boot Windows from a micro SD card, I encountered a missing driver issue—possibly a corrupt card or a special requirement. I also have wireless devices that work in BIOS but need a restart to reconnect, which interrupts the connection. The best outcome was with the micro SD card, and I might borrow a USB hub from a friend to try again soon. Thanks for reading; this is just the beginning of the challenges I face. Sorry if my setup looks shaky, but I'm really frustrated with this product.

You'll need a flash drive and a USB hub to link the mouse, keyboard, and install Windows. USB is required for the installation. I can't assist with changing passwords. Usually, clearing CMOS or removing the battery works, but it's unclear if your setup allows that.
