C922 Pro lights up upon connection but remains unnoticed.
I've owned the c922 Pro for roughly three years, hadn't used it for about a year. Now it doesn't show up when I try to use it for things like Zoom, Streamlabs, or the Logi cam app. Plugging it into any USB port on my motherboard causes it to flash briefly before turning off. Usually it lights up for a few seconds, but now it's not working properly. I've recorded a video of the problem: C922 Pro short flash. It doesn't appear in Device Manager even when I watch DM while plugging it in. I'm wondering if this issue can be fixed or if I should consider replacing the camera.
It may not display the camera name, but it could show up as a USB device in the 'Universal Serial Bus controllers' section or appear as an HD Web Camera in the 'Sound, video and game controllers' area. Also, clicking 'View' and selecting 'Show hidden devices' might help.
It shows up as C922 Pro Stream Webcam in Cameras when connected to my laptop, but on my PC it moves to Sound, video and game controllers. I'm planning to remove it from there and reinstall it.
