Hello, I’m having trouble getting my PC to boot. It’s brand new, so I haven’t installed any OS yet and can’t access the BIOS. I have Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAM rated at 3600MHz, but when I try to boot, I get a C5 error code. I’ve tested both sticks individually in every dimmer, but it still doesn’t work. I thought my C6H X370 only needed 3200MHz and that switching to a slower stick would help, though the Q codes keep appearing even though the LEDs don’t light up, indicating a possible issue with any component. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
