When I turn on my computer, C++ starts up and then stops all the PC functions until it closes again. This happens 2 or 3 times each time I power it on. Bitdefender says there are no viruses, but it seems like programs are shutting down. If anyone can assist me with this problem, I would really appreciate it! (I’m not very familiar with computer terms.)
