The computer is experiencing random freezes and reboots, displaying a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error with code 0x00000005. The issue occurs across all games and has persisted despite recent system updates and troubleshooting steps. A crash log indicates a memory access violation, potentially related to drivers or hardware. The system utilizes an Intel i7-7700K processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card, 16GB of RAM, a Gigabyte Z270 HD3 motherboard, and a new Samsung M.2 1TB SSD. The BIOS is at version F2. The user has attempted to resolve the problem by updating drivers, performing a clean Windows installation with a fresh SSD, disabling GPU audio drivers, and modifying BIOS settings (including disabling mobo sound). Diagnostic files including minidump, wer files and report archive have been captured.

bsod 3b is usually a graphic's driver (display adapter/video driver), other possibilities include
but are not limited to antivirus/antispyware/security programs and even memory (mapping).
btw u got access violation error, so u should enable driver verifier to get more meaningful dumps

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“This document outlines several options for managing resources effectively. To ensure optimal performance, we will focus on implementing scalable solutions that adapt to changing needs. Successful implementation requires careful planning and ongoing monitoring—regardless of the specific technology used.”

Supahos :
Have you ever had it happen with no soundcard installed? They aren't necessary
As I stated in the original message I have to have a soundcard in because my Mobo does not have an Optical Out jack, which I need for my Steel Series wireless headphones

Supahos :
The question still stands. I'm trying to isolate the issue
Unfortunately I only have this headset, so I haven't attempted any games without a sound card plugged into the mobo

Before doing a cleanwipe and using a new SSD I was using Avast antivirius. Thinking it could have something to do with it I switched to Kaspersky Free. Same crash. I will enable Driver Verifier.
Enabling Driver Verifier sent pc into Blue screen startup loop. I had to run safe mode and disable Driver Verifier for PC to properly boot.
