this link appears to be a used ASUS B450M motherboard from Shopee. it’s priced around $40 with shipping included and was released in July 2020. it seems suitable for overclocking as it supports AMD Ryzen 3 i.3 processors, but the main drawback is the lack of a VRM heatsink, which could affect stability at higher speeds.

The reduced cost and stronger chipset suggest it could be a solid option, provided the BIOS is upgraded to handle 3000-series processors.
