Recently, while attempting to power on my machine by pressing the tower's power button, the system briefly activated then shut down completely. Fans, LEDs, and other components turned on for a short moment before everything ceased. After disconnecting the PSU, waiting a few seconds, and then briefly reactivating it occasionally, it managed to boot up. This process required several attempts over the past year. Files and the operating system appear normal. Is this related to the power button, the motherboard, the PSU, or something else?
