I pressed the OC button on my motherboard, and my screen went black, then back to normal, staying that way until I pressed it again. I’m trying to figure out why this happened. I have a system with 16 GB RAM, 3200 MHz, an RTX 2070 gaming graphics card, a Ryzen 7 2700X, a 1 TB HDD, and a 475 GB SSD. My monitor is a Full HD 1080P display at 144 Hz. I also forgot to mention my power supply is 750 watts.

since the profile it attempted to use was unstable? The OC buttons merely toggle a profile, which isn’t much more complicated than that.

Look for the sections labeled "profiles" or "biography" within the bios panel.

It seems the settings already set are fixed and cannot be altered.
