You have an outdated 2.5" HDD connected to a USB adapter running Windows XP without a recovery disk. The system won't start, and you're missing the installation media. There are limited options—check if the drive is accessible via Disk Management or try booting from another USB drive that has a working OS. If none work, consider using a live USB with a repair tool like Rufus or Windows Recovery Environment to attempt recovery.

It seems the system might have issues starting from a USB port. Try connecting it directly to the computer. If that fails, give up. You probably still need Windows XP.

I can't connect it internally, no input available.
It feels like a memory.

It seems to be an IDE drive, likely. If that’s the case, you may encounter issues with a modern PC. For important setups, consider using an IDE to SATA converter.

This might not start because of mismatched hardware versions. Try placing it in a virtual machine instead.
