Hey everyone, I'm thinking about upgrading my system and wanted your thoughts on my parts list. Should I adjust anything?

Obtain a non-F SKU processor; the iGPU aids in resolving no display problems. Consider a more advanced PSU. Your budget and location weren't mentioned, which would have been useful. A PCPartPicker link would have been helpful if you weren't in India.

Sure
I'm based in Iran with a budget around 800 dollars. I didn't include the PSU because I chose to get one from an Iranian manufacturer that wasn't listed on PC Part Picker—it's a very trustworthy brand. My old PC had a PSU from that company and it worked perfectly for 11 years straight.
The new PSU I'm considering is a B tier 700w model.

Regarding recommendations in the US for a cost-effective yet functional build, I suggest focusing on a DDR5 configuration, as it aligns better with current pricing. An alternative could be the i3-13100F or 14100F if you need slightly more performance. Keeping your existing GPU reduces risk since it eliminates the need for onboard graphics; only consider issues like a non-working PCIe slot, which would still require a new motherboard. The iGPU cost of $30-40 might limit upgrades to a smaller SSD or less RAM.

PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: Intel Core i3-12100F 3.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor ($98.98 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock B760M-H/M.2 Micro ATX LGA1700 ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 ($83.89 @ Amazon)
Storage: Crucial P3 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME ($63.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: PowerColor Fighter Radeon RX 6600 8 GB ($194.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L MicroATX Mini Tower ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: MSI MAG A650BN 650 W (80+ Bronze Certified ATX) ($59.99 @ Amazon)

Total: $631.82 (shipping, taxes, and available discounts included)

Purchase the I3-12100 model, not the F version.
Integrated graphics simplifies testing, and the slight extra cost is affordable protection against potential GPU or power supply problems.
The i3-12100 includes a standard cooler that performs adequately.
Avoid the higher cost and complications of a liquid cooler.
AIO coolers have limited lifespan.
