I've just finished putting together my new PC using these parts: CPU - Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Cooler - Deepcool ASSASSIN IV, GPU - Gigabyte 4070 TI SUPER Aero, Mainboard - Gigabyte AORUS Elite AX ICE AMD B650 So.AM5, RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB (2x 16GB, 5200MHz), Power Supply - be quiet! Pure Power 12 M Modular 1000 Watt 80+ Gold. However, I'm facing an issue. Once the build was done, I updated the BIOS with Q-Flash Plus and tried to turn it on. Nothing happened. I waited, assuming AM5 systems need more time to boot, but after about 20 minutes still nothing. After a restart, I saw the DRAM LED lit up, which suggests a problem. Here are the steps I've already tried: changing RAM setups, updating BIOS again, removing storage devices (including two M.2 drives), taking out the GPU, clearing CMOS, re-flashing BIOS, and finally removing all components except CPU and cooler. I also removed the CPU cooler and re-flashed the BIOS. I've also looked up solutions online and in forums but haven't found a fix. Unfortunately, I don't have access to other DDR5 RAM or AM5 CPUs for testing. Appreciate your help from Germany and any advice you can offer.

Did you refresh the bios within the device settings or use the flash button on the USB IO panel? Ideally, always update bios through the built-in interface. The USB IO flash button is a backup option. It seems there may have been an issue with the bios chip, possibly requiring a return. After several attempts to flash, keep in mind that these bios updates often favor USB 2.0 connections.

I activated the bios flash button and connected via the dedicated USB port. It wasn’t installed in the bios at all. Appreciate your response.
