I don't purchase used items for PCs, so I won't recommend taking that chance. My approach:
- Chose a GPU
- Opted for cheaper RAM with similar performance
- Selected a modest-looking case
- Used budget-friendly Windows versions

This version works well, but I’d stick with the original case in his setup because it performs much better when cooled.

No, the 960 isn't a good choice—go for 280X or 380 with 4GB!
