Thanks for the assistance placing the rad at the front—it was just one possibility and I understood it would rely on the card's length. I think I'll check the top or another case instead. My target max height seems to be 480mm, which could be achieved with a bit of adjustment to my current desk by swapping a wooden cross for a bracket I'll create at work.
Another option is the Lian Li o11 dynamic; most other cases have more RGB lights than Blackpool illuminations.
If alternative options exist, I suggest considering models without a robust panel over the intake. The O11 Dynamic Evo works well and offers a swappable front panel for better airflow. I own a Corsair 5000D Airflow, which has performed nicely (CPU AIO mounted on the side). The Fractal Design Torrent is excellent for air cooling, and the North model features a wood front for a distinctive appearance (you could pair it with an AIO). Other Be Quiet cases without solid front panels are also worth looking into.
I just considered if I should purchase a new Windows 11 since it feels like a completely different platform, or if I can still run Windows 10.
It relies on whether you maintain older systems. When setting up a new setup, I retained my previous key on the new system and then purchased an inexpensive OEM key (restricted to that system) to swap in on my old one because I kept it as a backup.
I'll look into that, as I was thinking about setting up my old system, reinstalling everything and selling it.
Also, the Asus Tuf Gaming X670E Motherboard includes heatsinks for NVMe drives—should I get NVMe drives without heatsinks or use the ones that come with?
