If the PSU matches that one, I’d update it. Those units weren’t very reliable when they first arrived. It’s important not to compromise on power quality, or your new gear could fail prematurely. You might find a better setup for less than what you’re spending now.
The cooler needs to be swapped out, along with the PSU. The GPU is also extremely expensive at 1600.
