Recently, I've been considering purchasing a new gaming PC for mid-to-high-end gaming at 1440p and 144hz. I want to understand if this configuration works well or if adjustments could improve performance. The components include:
CPU: Intel Core i5-13600K 3.5 GHz, 14-core processor
CPU Cooler: Antec Symphony ARGB 72 CFM Liquid Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte B760 AORUS ELITE AX ATX LGA1700
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
Storage: Netac NV7000 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVMe SSD
Video Card: Gigabyte WINDFORCE OC GeForce RTX 4070 12 GB
Case: Antec AX90 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Antec NeoECO Gold 850 W, 80+ Gold Certified, Fully Modular ATX
I’m checking if these specs meet my needs and what changes might help.

The build looks good. I own a 12600kf and an rx 6800xt graphics card that I got on sale, which is pretty much on par with the 4070. I’m really satisfied with my setup. With your improved CPU, I expect you’ll be pleased too.
I don't really feel the need to share my origin, but understanding that everything fits together is enough for me. Thanks.
Parts are acceptable.
Some thoughts:
1. Think about using a more recognized brand for the SSD, like Intel or Samsung.
2. AIO coolers aren't permanent; plan for replacement in five years.
A decent twin tower air cooler will perform well too.
And 13600K doesn't really require heavy cooling:

The appearance looks excellent. My friend has a comparable build with the 4070 ti and a 1440p display. If you're willing to push for the TI model, that would be your top choice.
I can confirm if you think about air, grab the Thermalright peerless assassin 120 se. In the USA it costs around 35 dollars but offers performance similar to some aios. Plus it’s quite simple to install. And if a fan fails, just swap in a new 120mm one.
I haven’t personally tried the noctua cooler.

For its price, it performs well. It maintains my 12600kf near 60 degrees in cinebench and just above that during the Intel burn test.
There isn’t anything better.
However, verify the available RAM space.
The RGB model stands at 56mm in height, meaning the front fan would need adjustment upward.
The compact version would still function adequately.
