Approximate Purchase Date:
Before Black Friday sales end.
Budget Range:
At least €1825 because I have to spend these gift cards that I got for rakeback.
System Usage from Most to Least Important:
Multi-tabling poker with hand2note4 running, working in hand2note4 with massive databases (over 20 million hands , 400GB+), solving sims in Piosolver, casual use (internet, movies) and some gaming. Hand2note4 needs CPU power, RAM capacity and a fast SSD. Piosolver just needs CPU power and RAM capacity. Gaming is not the priority but I do want to be able to run anything at 60fps.
I didn't know it was possible to build such a small and powerful PC that fits in a backpack until now, and that would be very convenient because I could take it as carry on luggage on an airplane.
Are you buying a monitor:
No
Parts to Upgrade:
The case and everything that is in it.
Do you need to buy OS:
No, I will probably buy a key for like 15$.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
Amazon.de for the gift cards, any belgian or dutch shop for the rest.
Location:
Belgium
Parts Preferences:
Don't care that much, I just look up reviews and price/performance.
Overclocking:
Maybe.
Multiple GPUs:
No but I might upgrade some day to handle 4k gaming, I don't care that much for 4k but I do like Oled.
Your Monitor Resolution:
2560x1440 60hz
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading:
My pc is almost 10 years old, I could use more performance, my GPU (980ti) kicked the bucket and I'm using a borrowed 1060 3gb, the PC I have is too big and heavy to transport, I have had these gift cards for a while now and don't want them to expire.
Additional Comments:
I already did a lot of research and this is the best I could come up with. I would appreciate some input before I order (Only RAM is ordered already because I'm scared it will get sold out or double in price like most other RAM I looked at). I've looked at other case options to build in and they are either too big to carry on an airplane or too small to cool a powerful CPU, hard to build in or hard to find / expensive, have compromises etc.
I think I chose the parts pretty balanced for price / performance, like high-ish end workstation/gaming hybrid fit for transport on a budget. The white case, mobo and GPU is kind of a coincidence but I think it will look pretty good.
Tell me if you would change anything or have advice on how to build it, maybe get extra fans, airflow etc.

Updated changes have been made to SSD for better performance, particularly in random read/write tasks, which seems more beneficial for my needs. It also runs cooler and the motherboard’s heatsink is the only viable choice due to its PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot. +€80
Changed PSU because I was unaware it was available. It's more affordable and provides 300W, with only a slight decrease in rating from cybernetics. Bonus: it’s white! -€20

Only one concern remains—airflow. Do I require additional fans? How many, which ones, and where should they be placed in the case?
@Lutfij
The cooler I chose was my first option, but its size worries me and installation feels complicated. This one appears capable despite that. Another alternative is be quiet! Light Loop 360mm White, though it’s about €30 more. I’ll keep an eye out for someone who managed to fit the Arctic model later.
The motherboard looks reasonable at a lower cost. I can actually secure the ROG STRIX B850-G on megekko for €240 and receive a €25 gift card, making the Gigabyte B850M AORUS ELITE only save me €15 if I opt that way. I’ll likely purchase the cooler and case from there eventually.
