Buggy Win10 issue reported.
I understand Windows 10 is new with no service updates, yet I don't see others facing these issues. My right-click takes about 20 seconds for the menu to appear (on Windows apps only), the start menu feels unstable, and launching apps from it doesn't work. File Explorer opens slowly, but shortcuts on the desktop respond instantly. There are other minor problems too. HELP
There seems to be an issue with Windows software adding entries to the right-click menu in unexpected places. It might be a bug or incompatibility with Windows 10 that’s causing problems, leading to slow performance or incorrect code execution. The Start Menu usually functions properly, suggesting the problem lies elsewhere—possibly with your mouse driver or software that isn’t registering clicks correctly. File explorer delays may stem from outdated toolbars, tweaks, or OS changes that aren’t supported. Network drives or HDD spin-up issues could also be contributing factors. For a straightforward fix, consider a fresh Windows 10 installation, but be prepared to reinstall everything and back up your data beforehand.
