for a cooler setup i can use one from the 7600 or if i get the 7600x there were some good coolers priced between 30 to 50 euros, the hyper 212 is what i have and i don't like it at all xD. regarding ram, the cheapest DDR5 options are around 100 euros, the psu might be a bit pricey these days but maybe there are deals, and for the setup i definitely want the new generation since i sold my pc with a ryan 7 3700x and everything is brand new now.

Don't rely only on a PSU's name, since mistakes happen to anyone, but I believe this tier list is solid.
