Generally on Wi-Fi I receive 210 megabits per second download with my virgin media router. After installing a BT HomePod 600 extender, connected via Ethernet cable to the router (likely Cat 5e) and another Ethernet cable from the router to my PC (also Cat 5e), I now see 80 megabits per second download, same upload speed. Any suggestions to improve this? The internet remains solid, but it seems I might be getting a much stronger connection than expected.
