Your setup has been completed for a while, but it keeps showing a blue screen when you restart from Windows 7. The error seems to be related to a system service exception. Your components include a Gigabyte 990fxa-ud5 dual UEFI BIOS, AMD FX-8370 processor, and other hardware like the Hyper 212 EVO 8GB RAM, Seagate Barracuda storage drive, Hitachi OS drive, and GTX 750ti graphics card. Check if overheating is a concern.

Capture the screen's blue state then search for the error code online.

I've already tried that before. They're asking me to reinstall, but right now I can't afford it. I do have a Windows 10 USB drive and a Windows 7 disc, but I did that when I experienced more frequent blue screens. I really want this issue fixed as soon as possible.

Try setting up a simple external PC using only basic parts to test stability.

I checked my RAM and everything worked after the swap, so I think my CPU isn’t affected by a 100MHz reduction.
