Hello, I recently purchased a pre-assembled machine named OMEN 40L Desktop GT21-0004np PC (550T5EA). It includes these parts: Windows 10 x64. Originally it was set up with Windows 11, but the same problems persisted, so I changed to Windows 10 to check if the operating system was the issue—it wasn't. I installed Windows 10 using the tool Microsoft offers. Recently, I upgraded to Windows 10 three days ago and added a Ryzen 5 5600X NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti. It seems the motherboard is custom-made from HP, and they didn’t provide details about the power supply beyond it being 650W Plus Gold. The manufacturer is listed as Omen (HP). Since then, I’ve experienced issues from day one: games that heavily stress the system cause a BSOD approximately five minutes after launch, always with the error code "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR." I’m really concerned because this machine was quite expensive. Here’s the dump file link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rwH89hI...sp=sharing. Unfortunately, my perfmon stopped working and didn’t finish. Edited June 23, 2022 by Anesles. Provide more details.

I can’t interpret the dump, but it seems memory issues are likely. BSOD under load often points to hardware problems, though software faults are possible. Hardware failures are uncommon at this age of the machine, but burn-in is a concern. I’d probably run a memory test—usually reliable, though not perfect. Windows includes a built-in check, but it’s not highly trustworthy. Also verify connections are secure and temperature is normal. A ready-made solution should pass that test, but some recent prebuilt units have shown issues. Proceed with caution.
