You're seeing a blue screen with the error code KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. The "NTFS.sys" failure suggests an issue with the file system driver. It might help to check your disk health, update drivers, or reinstall the NTFS filesystem component.

I've been experiencing the same issue lately. Two things come to mind: when it occurs and whether you've been pushing the overclock recently. I increased my 8700k to 5 GHz at 1.315 volts and it worked well in all benchmarks. However, under heavy load in a game, I encountered that error. After adjusting the voltage to 1.345 volts, things stabilized. I also removed unnecessary drivers and updated the ones I kept. Let me know if this helps or not.

I've been running a Ryzen 7 1700 3.9 GHz OC for some time and then shifted my focus to gaming. After not changing the overclocking settings, I began receiving those alerts. This is the first time I've encountered them since switching to Windows 10 with the latest updates.

When launching your system, it functions properly and allows you to enjoy regular gaming, while maintaining a tidy setup.

It might be the latest Windows 10 release... consider reverting to an earlier version. Windows behaves this way occasionally after updates. The safest option is to wait for a fix or return to a stable build you’re familiar with.
