I accessed a website I wasn't sure about in the Windows sandbox earlier to investigate. I used an account I had created some time ago, thinking it might have been compromised, and wanted to confirm if it was still there. It wasn't, so I checked whether the information I needed was available. After some searching, I closed the sandbox. A few hours later, I began seeing hypervisor blue screens until I disabled virtualization in the BIOS. It seems they were trying to connect to my non-existent sandbox and somehow triggering BSOD that way. I'm pretty sure these people have accessed my computer before—usually they cause issues by messing with permissions or ownership. They use a token account, which is a bit confusing but that's what I could manage to understand.
