control panel... you can search for a YouTube tutorial or use Google; it's simpler to check images first.

On Windows Vista or later, BSODs usually result from a driver crash preventing a restart or faulty hardware. You can easily check the BSOD details using this free utility: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html The key element is the Bug Check String (the capitalized error message).
