Hi, I've been experiencing the BSOD consistently after booting up my PC. It happens when trying to run apps or update Windows through settings. For instance, Steam will crash after a few seconds, and updating via settings triggers the same issue. The error messages I see are: “MEMORY MANAGEMENT, KERNEL HEAP CORRUPTION, SYSTEM THREAD NOT HANDELED, CRITICAL PROCESS DIED.” I've updated and rolled back all my drivers, run SFC and CHKDSK, reset Windows multiple times, turned off overclocking, but nothing has resolved the problem. Can someone help me?

The Windows memory management bluescreen issue generally involves your RAM and any other hardware, whereas the kernel mode heap corruption error stems from software conflicts or hardware issues. Service exceptions during boot can also appear due to various reasons such as viruses, malware, corrupted system files, outdated or faulty drivers.

I suggest swapping your RAM due to potential problems. For example, a YouTuber named Thiojoe showed a strange graphics glitch in one of his videos, which turned out to be a faulty RAM module. To check your RAM, use the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool and look for online guides. If you encounter errors, replace the defective stick. When testing multiple sticks—say two or four—remove one at a time and re-test. Continue this process until an error appears with the last stick you added. This method helps identify the faulty component. Note: if you have only one RAM module and it fails, simply replace it; there’s no way to repair it.

I just encountered the Bad Pool Caller issue along with several other problems. My computer is now completely unusable. I didn’t have time to run the SFC check before the blue screen appears.
