Hello everyone, I'm looking into this error code. The system rebooted after a bugcheck with ID: 0x0000009f. A dump was created at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. The report ID is 61a212c8-24b0-49b4-99e6-7906acfd3d83. I'm trying to understand why this happened and what might be causing it. Thanks!

I experienced the same issue, but the bugcheck appeared after the event viewer flagged that the XTU3Service (Intel xtreme tuning) failed to start. If this helps, I reinstalled the tuning tool and removed it again, which resolved the BSOD.

Driver problem or defective hardware. The impacted device could not transition to a power state: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows...te-failure The driver name/file should appear in the BSOD: it must be listed in the mini dump created.
