DellTPad? Dell Touchpad related? If that's the case perhaps you could try reinstall or update the drivers from Dell? I assume it's a Dell

Your system isn’t a Dell; it’s a custom-built desktop. Cloning from another Dell might explain the issue. Consider reformatting your SSD if that’s the case.

Updating the system and performing a fresh reinstall should resolve the issue. It seems the old Dell remnants are interfering.
