It seems like your device behaves oddly—feeling disconnected even though you're online. Steam and Origin aren't working, but Spotify and torrent downloads are fine. What could be causing this strange behavior?

Your DNS settings could be inactive. This often occurs when a DSL modem shuts down after reaching its usage limit. That's why I sometimes include Google DNS on the PC.

1 - Clear your DNS settings
2 - If the previous steps fail, switch to a different DNS server
3 - Should 1 or 2 not resolve the issue, use another browser and connect via Wi-Fi if available
