Hey everyone, a colleague recently set up his own system and it’s been struggling with audio and video stuttering. Most fixes involve a restart, but nothing seems to resolve the problem consistently—especially after about 6 to 8 hours. The system details show a Ryzen 5 7600 with 32GB DDR5 memory, an Asus TUF B650 Plus GPU, and a 750W Corsair power supply. We’ve tried BIOS updates, memory adjustments, GPU firmware updates, registry tweaks, and even some memory settings changes. Still nothing works. I’m starting to think it might be related to the motherboard or GPU.
I wasn't aware of this tool, I should get him to run it right away.
You might use online resources to locate the driver. Noticing dxgkrnl.sys in the video could be useful. I prefer a clean OS reset over troubleshooting this issue, as a fresh install would restore my system quickly. Check the forums and official sites for similar problems.
