Hey, I'm working on setting up my own DIY test base. I downloaded the image you linked, thinking it might be made of brass. If it's conductive, should I be able to use it with my motherboard?

It doesn't matter whether those stands or screws are conductive, since the screw ends on the motherboard are grounded.

Check the motherboard's documentation or manufacturer guidelines to confirm grounding requirements. You can also inspect the physical connections for proper bonding and ensure the case is properly grounded.
