Hey, I'm working on setting up my own DIY test base. I downloaded the image you linked, thinking it might be made of brass. If it's conductive, should I be able to use it with my motherboard?

It doesn't matter whether those stands or screws are conductive, since the screw ends on the motherboard are grounded.
