Brand new HP Latex 700W printer is printing extremely grainy, can't seem to find fix
Seeking advice on HP Latex 700W printing issues. The print quality appears very grainy compared to other models like the HP Latex 360. All cleaning and optimization steps have been tried, ink density adjusted, optimizer changed, and various settings in Production Manager reviewed. No improvement noticed. Photos show differences between our printers. It seems there might be a problem with the printer itself or communication issues between the RIP software and the device. An update to the software could help, but I need confirmation. Thanks for any suggestions!
I don’t understand printers well, but they look similar to an old or simplified image. I’d suggest simply using common formats like JPG, BMP, or PNG to test. Try running each file type through a different program to see what changes occur. It might help identify if the issue lies in how the data is translated from the computer to the printer.
