Boxed or Steam Edition?

I've been feeling a touch of nostalgia recently, so I thought about getting Battlefront 2. For PC, I'm unsure whether to choose the physical boxed edition or the Steam version—do they differ? While we're talking, let me share my thoughts on purchasing games.

Just a quick reminder, unless they adjusted the game for Windows 8/8.1, launching it can be tricky sometimes. It usually works in XP compatibility mode. Plus, it offers a 1080p setting and looks really good after all these years.

Version Steam functions properly, but the launch problem remains. It appears to be resolved by connecting a microphone.
