Check if your CPU is limiting your graphics performance. Consider upgrading for better speed and memory capacity. Let me know if you need more details!

There isn't an i3 2000 available. However, a i3 2100 should work fine.

Your CPU is an i3 2100, which is quite old. The issue might not be the GPU but something else like your graphics driver or software settings. Since your friend has a newer setup with better performance, it could be related to outdated drivers or inefficient game settings. Check for updates and try adjusting your game configurations.

Yes, it may slow things down a bit, but it won't be a major problem. Honestly, it's not a big deal.

Your setup uses an i3-2100 with a H61M-VS graphics card, 4GB of Kingston HyperX memory, and an i3-4160 GTX 750Ti. You have a 1TB WD Black SSD and an RX 460 GPU. Your friend’s build includes an i3-4160 GTX 750Ti, 8GB of Kingston memory, and a WD Green 1TB drive. They achieved around 120 FPS in Overwatch, while you see about 40 FPS and it drops as you increase the game settings.

In Overwatch, that seems like a CPU-heavy situation. You might want to upgrade if you have the budget.
