your system runs on an i5 4590 with 16gb memory, hp 800 g-series graphics, and you're using a high-end game like horizon zero dawn. the performance stats show the CPU at 100% utilization while the GPU is only 20% active. this suggests the GPU is likely the bottleneck, not the CPU. consider checking for drivers, updating your graphics card, or adjusting settings to see if that improves performance.

Is the game performing smoothly? Tabbing out of it might cause the GPU to pause rendering until you return. The task manager isn’t reliable for measuring usage percentages. Consider using a third-party hardware monitor instead. You’re not likely hitting a severe bottleneck, but 60 frames per second probably won’t be consistent.

Your game may be struggling due to a CPU limitation. Have you boosted the graphics settings to put more strain on the GPU? What resolution are you using? Most of the time I monitor my performance with MSI Afterburner, checking frequencies, temperatures, and usage stats.
