Hey there, it's been six months since I purchased my 300$ PC. It comes with an AMD Phenom ii x6 1045T (6 cores, 6 threads), a base clock of 2.7 GHz and a turbo speed of 3.2 GHz. It also includes 8 GB of RAM at 1600 MHz. Overall, it's a solid machine for its price. The main issue is that my CPU never reached the turbo speed, staying stuck at 2.7 GHz. This caused noticeable frame drops—sometimes only 20 to 30 frames every 10 seconds. I tried various optimization tips, but they didn't help. After some research, I realized it might be a motherboard problem (it's a 760GM-P23). I checked the BIOS settings and confirmed the turbo speed and base speed were correct. Then I adjusted the FSBO speed from 200 MHz to 270 MHz and lowered the frequency ratios to keep the CPU at base and turbo speeds. However, after saving and exiting, my PC isn't sending any signal to the monitor—it powers on but shows no video output. Could someone please advise me? Should I consider flashing the motherboard or what? Thanks!
