I'm feeling the same way. It's hard to remember how much fun gaming used to be. I've been away from games for a couple of months, and I'm not sure if I should invest in a new PC or just let it go. Recently, I tried Starbound again, but it doesn't spark the same excitement anymore.
You're incredibly fortunate! With a 3-year-old on the way, I'm excited for some quality gaming time. I've already managed several hours over the weekend. Before having kids, I enjoyed a balanced mix of outdoor activities and games, dedicating the morning to a wide range of entertainment from 7 AM to noon.
Enjoy a well-deserved pause—it’ll refresh your enthusiasm later.
I used to buy TVs and get tired of Netflix after a year. Now I enjoy playing Minecraft in high definition, host servers with friends, and occasionally play Runescape.
I experience this often too, as there are only a handful of games that keep my interest for more than an hour or so. Plus, The Crew tends to be quite boring.
I also played those titles and felt a bit bored at times, though battle royale games helped. I’ve discovered Detroit Become Human is a solid choice, and I’m planning to try Rage 2 next.
