They usually have a windowed, borderless setting. Choose that if available. Other options exist, though many are problematic. For example, the autohotkey borderless window feature.

Disable FullScreen settings in the Options menu.
Press ~ to open the console.
Type "r_FullscreenWindow" and press Enter.
This will display a borderless window.

I focus only on the latest subjects! Apologies if that wasn’t clear. Is there a feature in the menu to view older topics?

You turned off full-screen mode in the settings, but the issue persisted. Attempting to connect remotely from your desktop failed because TeamViewer couldn’t establish a connection.
