this shows a failing hard drive since the boot manager becomes damaged and repairs failed. you should replace it with a new one, reinstall the operating system, and attempt to recover data from the failing drive.

Consider using bootrec.exe /fixboot if it doesn't work, and remember to apply bcdedit to rebuild the boot sector. If you skip these steps, simply reinstalling Windows might be the easiest option.
