Hello.
Yesterday I encountered an issue while trying to play Valorant. After launching the game and minimizing the window, everything froze completely. Only background sounds were audible, and I could communicate with friends on Discord. However, all other functions remained unresponsive, taking about ten minutes before they finally stopped freezing. I restarted my PC, but when I tried to boot it in repair mode, the screen went black without displaying anything. After rebooting again, Windows started loading normally once more.

Later, I used a USB drive running Windows 11 to attempt a reinstall or repair process. Unfortunately, this also resulted in a black screen. When I tried to repair from a flash drive, the same issue occurred. During installation, I was able to select the language, but clicking "Install" repeatedly caused an infinite loop labeled “setup is starting.” I’ve been stuck here for about 15 minutes without any progress.

Could anyone explain what might have happened?

Edit:
There are no beeps or lights, everything boots up normally now—all fans and pumps are working, and I can access BIOS. However, the Windows logo won’t appear.

My system details are:
- Model: X570 TUF
- CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
- GPU: RTX 4080
- RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 32GB DDR4
- Storage: Western Digital WD US3 860 EVO
- Motherboard: MSI MPG A850GF, 850W, 80PLUS Gold
- USB: Older model, clean bootable drive created successfully.

Update your update to feature complete hardware details and operating system specifics. Provide the power supply information including make, model, wattage, age, and condition (original, build, used, refurbished). List the disk drive specifications such as brand, model, and capacity, along with current usage. Mention any beep codes or diagnostic lights observed. Confirm whether the system will boot into Safe Mode. Clarify the source of the USB flash drive containing Windows 11.

There are no beeps or lights, everything starts up normally as before. All fans are running, the pump is functioning, I can access the BIOS, but I’m stuck at the Windows logo screen. My system details are: Mbo X570 TUF, CPU Ryzen 9 5900X, GPU RTX 4080, RAM G.Skill Trident 32GB DDR4, M2 Western Digital WDS100T2B0C, SSD 860 EVO, power supply MSI MPG A850GF 850W 80PLUS Gold. The USB drive I’m using is an older model, but it created a clean bootable installation without issues.

Based on experience and testing, generate a fresh USB flash drive. If needed, use an alternative source. Two points: the method that worked for the laptop might not fit the desktop setup, and the drive could face issues or data loss over time.
